Moving from another BSP? Read this.

Migrating a verified WhatsApp Business number to BulkMessageSender takes about 15 minutes once Meta approves the request. There's no fee, no downtime, and no loss of templates.

What you'll need

  • Access to the Meta Business account that owns your WhatsApp Business number
  • Admin access on your current BSP's dashboard
  • 30 minutes (active work is ~15 minutes; Meta takes the rest)

Step 1 — Create a BulkMessageSender workspace

Create your account at weflux.in/register. Pick the plan that matches your team — you can change it later. Don't connect a number yet.

Step 2 — Export your data from your current BSP

From most BSPs you can export your contacts (CSV), your templates (JSON or copy-paste), and your conversation history. Save them locally; we'll import in step 5.

Step 3 — Initiate the number transfer on Meta

Inside Meta Business Manager → WhatsApp Accounts → choose your number → Transfer to another BSP. Pick "BulkMessageSender" from the BSP list. Meta will send a confirmation request.

Step 4 — Accept the transfer in BulkMessageSender

Within ten minutes, an accept-prompt will appear on your BulkMessageSender dashboard. Accept it. Meta sends a final confirmation and the number flips over.

Step 5 — Re-import templates and contacts

Templates approved on your previous BSP are tied to your Meta account, so they carry over automatically. Re-upload your contacts CSV under Contacts → Import.

Step 6 — Switch your webhooks

If you were using your previous BSP's webhooks, update the destination URL to BulkMessageSender's (or point to your own server and have it relay). We keep the same event shape as the official Cloud API webhooks, so most integrations work without code changes.

What stays the same

  • Your phone number, display name, and Meta business verification
  • All approved templates and their analytics history (from Meta)
  • Your customers' chat threads — they keep the same number

What changes

  • Your dashboard, agent inbox, automation flows (all rebuilt in BulkMessageSender — usually faster than the previous tool)
  • Your conversation rates — Meta's rates are passed through at cost, no markup
