WhatsApp is where Indian customers are. The tools weren't.
Over 500 million Indians use WhatsApp daily. For millions of SMBs, it's the primary way customers ask questions, check on orders, and get support.
But the tools to manage those conversations professionally — as a team, at scale, with proper templates and analytics — were either too expensive, built for Western markets, or required a developer to set up.
